This Past Week . . .

Happy second week of Kindergarten! This is where you will find our class updates about what we are learning as well as important dates that are coming up.

We have had a fun week in Kindergarten learning about writing strokes before we jump into learning how to write our letters. Your students were also introduced to different math materials including pattern blocks, connecting cubes, and counting bears. We will be using these more as well learn our math concepts. On Friday, we introduced the letter M! We talked about what it looks like, sounds like, and did an activity with it.

Looking Ahead . . .

Next week, we are going to learn letters S, T, N, and A. We are also going to be introducing numbers 0-4 and learning how to write/show them in different ways.
